This week for one level's lesson we are covering reported speech using asked and told. I had a private lesson tonight, and to start it off I told him to stand up, put his hands on his face, etc etc and then after asked him to report back to me what I told him.
Me: What did I say?
Him: You told me to put my hands on my junk.
I am not really sure how he got to that from "face" but alright...
I am 98% sure it was an honest, yet conveniently awkward and hilarious, mistake.

Thoughts.
Take the stupidest thing you've ever done. At least it's done. It's over. It's gone. We can learn from our mistakes and heal and move on. But it's harder to learn or heal or move on from something that hasn't happened; something we don't know and is therefore indefinable; something which could very easily have been the best thing in our lives, if only we'd taken the plunge, if only we'd held our breath and stood up and done it, if only we'd said yes.
